Leadership Team

Marcus began his career at Price Waterhouse training as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into industry and then consulting with KPMG and Deloitte. For the past 10 years, Marcus has led and delivered large corporate performance management projects across multiple geographies and industries. He has worked as a advisor for a wide range of companies including, Electrolux, ENRC, Heineken, IKEA, InBev, IKEA, Royal Mail, SAB Miller and TNT. Most recently Marcus led a team of client side advisors in successfully listing ENRC on the London Stock Exchange.  In 2003, he formed an independent performance management company which was subsequently acquired by Cognos in 2004, where Marcus was then appointed the European Client Partner, responsible for license and consultancy services across their strategic accounts.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant. Marcus is an active speaker on Performance management and has lectured at some of the world’s leading business schools and has run Master Classes for qualified CIMA Members.
