Leadership Team

Malcolm has combined his past business life as a company "trouble-shooter" and corporate financier with his experiences as a former International sportsman (International golfer including non-playing England Golf Captain) to deliver board and top team business performance facilitation and coaching in the UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and USA. Since 1991, he has run his own firm, Strategic Value Partners, based in Bristol and has been involved as an adviser with some 30 buyouts and corporate restructurings. He is a conference speaker on Strategic Leadership and Organisational Learning focusing on the importance of integrating systemically the soft dimension of individual meaning and corporate culture with the hard business results and strategic implementation to create passion, energy and wealth.

Academically, he is a visiting fellow at the University of Bristol, Faculty of Engineering Management and a visiting lecturer on various postgraduate Masters and PhD programmes, including Henley Management College and the University of Bath.

Malcolm holds degrees in Business Administration (BSc) from the University of Bath and Financial Management (MSc) from the University of the West of England, and is a practising Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant.
